Dear brothers and sisters!

In the heart of Russia, rebuilding of Christ the Savior Cathedral - one of the greatest constructive projects of our time, is coming to an end. There are millions of Russian and foreign people, tens of thousands of banks, firms, state and private financial entities of Russia and foreign counties among those who with their donations helped to bring the day of the Cathedral's consecration.

During this finishing period we call upon you to take part in the financing of specific works of pending projects of art elements of the Cathedral's complex, and reconstruction of the worship utensil. Your donation will be greatly appreciated by all Russians, Moscow Patriarchy, and Government of Moscow; it is also going to be rewarded with a special Gramota (muniment), and a name of your organization (or even your own name, if you wish so) is going to be memorialized by having it carved in gold letters on memorial plates installed in the Cathedral's galleries that serve as a living history of oblation service to Russia.

WORSHIP UTENSIL

Presently, under the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Alexey, 'Patyura' firm has been recreating unique jewelry utensil made of precious metal and gem stones for the Christ the Savior Cathedral. Patterns and models were made by craftsmen. Unfortunately, because of insufficient financial resources the works were stopped.

First of all, it is necessary to recreate the following objects that are used for the holiday Patriarch services:
• Great solemn Gospel
• Diciry, Triciry
• Great chorugvies
• Eucharist set
• Great water consecrating bowl
• Altar Cross
• Small Relicvarium
• Solemn censer
• Candlesticks

HALL OF THE CHURCH SOBORS

The main wall of the Hall of the Church Sobors is to be decorated with three compositions performed in the unique Florentine mosaic technique (the main contractor is Moscow lithotomy plant). Presently, only central part of the mosaic is completed. It is necessary to finish the two side mosaics:

• Earthly Town
• Heavenly Town

REFECTORIES

Refectories are going to be used not only for solemn meetings with high-ranking guests but also to feed the Cathedral's guests, palmers, and the poor, as well as for exhibitions.

Unfortunately, it is not possible now to complete recreation of unique icons for Saint Prince Alexander Nevsky narthex on the choicely in the main Cathedral.
